Summer Potato Salad with unique flavor

Recipe Ingredients for Grand Beach Potato Salad

3 lbs potatoes, small sliced
1 tbsp lemon pepper
4 tsp dill
1/4 cup miracle whip
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp white pepper
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp dijon mustard
2 tbsp water

Recipe Directions for Grand Beach Potato Salad

  1. Rinse and slice potatoes and cook in cold water for 10-12 minutes then drain.

  2. Rinse in cold water and return to warm pot on stove to dry.

  3. Cover the spices in the water in a small bowl and let them wake up.

  4. Add the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly

  5. Serve warm or cover with plastic wrap in a large bowl and enjoy chilled.

  6. Great with lean chicken breasts or with Grand Beach Chicken Skewers or wraps.
