Mushroom Side dish. Healthy Olive oil and good flavor, add to peas or other items. Great mixed with brown rice or good whole wheat pasta.

Recipe Ingredients for Grand Beach Mushroom Saute

40 oz Mushrooms
1 cup Onion
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1/4 cup Garlic

Recipe Directions for Grand Beach Mushroom Saute

  1. Slice 40 oz fresh mushrooms into 1/4 inch slices.

  2. Brown garlic in non stick sauce pan over medium high heat.

  3. Add onions and 1/4 cup water.

  4. When onions are translucent add mushrooms and 1/2 cup of water.

  5. Cook over medium high heat as mushrooms loose moisture and start to dry out add water in 1/2 cup increments until mushrooms are well cooked.
