Recipe Ingredients for Grand Beach Lentils

16 oz lentils
2 cups onion, chopped
2 cups carrots, chopped
12 cloves garlic, chopped
2 cups celery, chopped
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp garam masala
1 tbsp turmeric
1 tsp red pepper
8 cups water

Recipe Directions for Grand Beach Lentils

  1. Bring 8 cups of water to a boil.

  2. Add Lentils, chopped vegetables and spices.

  3. Lower heat to medium and cook for an hour.

  4. Set to simmer until lentils are tender and cooked.

  5. When cooked put in a blender or use a blending wand to puree if desired.
