Recipe Ingredients for Grand Beach Kale

1 tsp olive oil
2 cups onions
1 tsp white pepper
1 tsp red pepper
6 cloves garlic
8 cups kale
2 cups water
1 tsp vinegar

Recipe Directions for Grand Beach Kale

  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add the onions, white pepper, and red pepper and saute for 3 minutes.

  2. Add the garlic, chopped fresh kale, and water and cook, stir often, for 7 to 9 minutes.

  3. Add a teaspoon of red wine vinegar just before removing from heat and serving.
