Baked Rice with some flavor and great texture. Also works with other types of rice and is flawless and not sticky.

Recipe Ingredients for Grand Beach Baked Brown Basmati Rice

2 cups brown rice raw
5 cups water
1 cup scallions
1/2 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp red pepper
1/2 tsp cumin

Recipe Directions for Grand Beach Baked Brown Basmati Rice

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Add all of the ingredients to a heavy dutch oven with cover or a 6x9" baking pan and cover it with aluminum foil, either works well.

  3. Bake for 75 minutes.

  4. Remove from oven and stir.
