Recipe Ingredients for Grand Beach Artichoke and Tomato Provencal

1 (336g) Artichoke, halved hearts
1 (596g) cherry tomatoes, halved
18 cloves garlic, chopped
1 (200g) onion, chopped
1 tsp olive oil
4 tbsp cilantro, finely chopped
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp basil
1 cup water

Recipe Directions for Grand Beach Artichoke and Tomato Provencal

  1. Brown garlic, onions and spices in olive oil over medium high heat

  2. Brown cut side of artichoke hearts

  3. Add halved tomatoes, add cup of water or white/red wine and bring to a boil

  4. lower heat to simmer when half the liquid remains cover for 5 minutes then serve
