656 g courgette
161 g red pepper
105 g green pepper
155 g mushrooms
190 g red onion
350 g Jamie Oliver Fiery Chilli and Tomato Pasta Sauce
300 g orzo
15 g olive oil
4 g sea salt
10 g black pepper

Recipe Directions for Grana di Risa Bake 2

  1. Saute all chopped veg

  2. Meanwhile boil pasta and drain

  3. Combine Pasta Sauce with veg and cook another couple minutes

  4. Combine all in casserole

  5. Bake for 30 mins at 190 with grated cheese on top (not included in this one)
