Recipe Ingredients for Gramma's Banana Bread, made Healthy

1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup oats
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
2 eggs
1/4 cup canola oil
2 bananas, very ripe
1/2 cup walnuts

Recipe Directions for Gramma's Banana Bread, made Healthy

  1. Mix together dry ingredients. Make sure flax seed is ground.

  2. Mix together wet ingredients.

  3. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients.

  4. Add nuts.

  5. Bake at 350 for 1 hour in a greased and floured pan, or use parchment paper.
