super easy crockpot recipe, made from things i had on hand

Recipe Ingredients for Grains and Vegatables

1 cup Brown rice
1 cup Barley
1/3 cup garbanzo beans, equal to 1 can
6 Carrots, chunked
1 Onion, chopped
1/2 pound Mushrooms, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
8 cups Water

Recipe Directions for Grains and Vegatables

throw everything in crockpot, keep on low overnight or about 6-7 hours
