A grain and sugar free version of the real thing...and just as good, I think! I recommend topping with fresh blueberries. No syrup necessary!

Recipe Ingredients for Grain + sugar free pancakes

9.5 grams Organic Coconut Flour
4.5 grams Almond Meal/Flour
5 grams Brown FlaxSeed Meal
1 large Egg, White
0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract
0.25 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 packet SPLENDA No Calorie
0.25 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid

Recipe Directions for Grain + sugar free pancakes

Whisk together wet ingredient, then add dry ingredients and stir well. If batter is too thick, thin with a little bit of water. Cook like your average pancake in a heated, cooking sprayed nonstick pan.
