Addapted this from an old recipe. Baked up nice. Used tapioca flour(not in database) instead of arrowroot, and also used half agave nectar(not in database) and half maple sugar. Original recipe calls for 1/2 cup regular flour and 1 cup sugar.

Recipe Ingredients for Grain Free Brownies (corrected recipe)

1/3 cup butter
6 tablespoons cocoa powder
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup maple sugar
1/4 cup hazelnut meal
1/8 cup arrowroot flour
1/8 cup quinoa
1/2 cup organic chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Grain Free Brownies (corrected recipe)

Melt butter in saucepan on low heat with cocoa powder and oil (can use 2 squares unsweetened bakers chocolate instead of oil and cocoa powder). Cool. Beat in eggs, sugar and vanilla. Add flour and mix. Pour into a 8x8x2 inch pan and sprinkle with chocilate chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool slightly and cut into 16 squares.
