Tabouleh made with Trader Joes Grain Blend

Recipe Ingredients for Grain Blend Tabouleh

10 cups Harvest Grains Blend
1 red onion
1 large tomato
2 oz sun dried tomatoes
1 english cucumber
1 yellow pepper
4 oz lemon juice
4 tablespoons olive oil
5 oz feta cheese
1 jalepeno pepper
3 cloves garlic

Recipe Directions for Grain Blend Tabouleh

  1. Cook grain blend according to package directions.

  2. Chop all veggies and place in a large mixing bowl.

  3. Add cooked grains to mixing bowl.

  4. Combine lemon juice, olive oil, and garlic in a small bowl and add to the mixture.

  5. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and other spices of your choosing.

  6. You can also add a can of garbanzo beans which would probably stretch this recipe to seven servings.

  7. Serve over greens that have been lightly tossed with Greek Salad Dressing.
