Recipe Ingredients for Graham Crackers

93 1/2 grams whole wheat flour
93 1/2 grams flour
100 grams brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/3 teaspoon salt
49 grams butter
2 1/2 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
53 grams honey

Recipe Directions for Graham Crackers

  1. combine flour, sugar, soda, and salt.

  2. cut in butter until mixture resembles a course meal

  3. whisk together milk, vanilla, and honey

  4. add liquids to dry mixture and stir until just combined

  5. turn onto floured plastic wrap and form into a 1" high rectangle. chill 2 hours - overnight.

  6. roll dough to 1/8" on floured surface, cut into desired shapes, and chill until firm.

  7. bake at 350 (F) for 15-25, or until lightly browned and firm to the touch.
