1 1/2 cups low-fat honey graham cracker crumbs (about 7-8 full sheets finely crushed) 2 tbsp Splenda (or sweetener of choice) 3 tbsp nonfat plain yogurt

40 crackers Grahams Honey Low Fat
0.2 cup Plain Nonfat

Recipe Directions for Graham Cracker Crust

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. In a large ziplock bag place all the graham crackers and crush into a fine powder.

  3. In a medium bowl mix the crumbs, Splenda, and yogurt until well combined. Spray a 9 inch pie pan with non-stick spray and press mixture into pan. (Note: To prevent sticking, cover graham cracker dough with a layer of saran wrap and continue to press into pan.)

  4. Bake in preheated oven for 5-8 minutes. Allow to cool completely before filling.
