Recipe Ingredients for Grace's Sauteed faintly Sweet 'n Sour Cabbage with Ham

2 cup Red Cabbage
0.5 cup, chopped Onions
1.25 cup, quartered or chopped Apples
4 tbsp Seedless Blackberry Sugar Free Jam
2 1tsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
0.5 tsp Cloves, Ground
5 oz Lifestyle Fat Free

Recipe Directions for Grace's Sauteed faintly Sweet 'n Sour Cabbage with Ham

Brown 2 slices of ham - 2 1/2 ozs each in pan. Remove and set aside. Add olive oil to pan and heat. Sautee cabbage and onions until wilted. Stir in jam and lemon juice. Add chopped apples. Cover and slowly cook until apples are almost tender. Sprinkle cloves on top and stir in. Lay ham slices on top and heat through. Serve.
