Makes one 2lb bread machine loaf of nutritious bread. 15 slices 1 serving equals half of one slice

Recipe Ingredients for Grace's multigrain bread

3/4 cup Skim Milk
1/3 cup water
1 large Egg, Whole
1 tsp No Salt
2 tblsp Becel Light Margarine
1 tblsp Sugars, Brown
3 tblsp Honey, Strained Or Extracted
3 cup Rogers No Additive Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 cup Original Red River Cereal
1/4 cup Wheat Bran, Crude
2 tsp Rapid Rise Yeast

Recipe Directions for Grace's multigrain bread

  1. Put all ingredients in the breadmachine in order given. Choose whole wheat setting.

  2. Altervative method;

  3. Choose dough setting. When cycle is done, remove dough from pan and shape into two loaves. Put into two sprayed loafpans. Let rise until double in bulk. Bake in oven at 350 C for 25-30 minutes
