2 tsp Butter
12 oz Organic Baby Dutch Yellow Potatoes
2 tablespoons Raspberry Vinaigrette Fat Free Dressing
3 medium slices bacon

Recipe Directions for Grace's Crispy New Baby Potatoes

  1. Boil whole scrubbed potatoes in its skin until cooked, but still firm.

  2. Drain. Heat butter in a hot frying pan. Add potatoes. Fry, turning as needed until potatoes turn crispy and golden on all sides.

  3. Immediately serve on top of a bed of lettuce tossed with bacon bits and a light sweet and sour vinegar dressing.
