Juicy and tasty - served without bread with veggies, or on a mini pita (low cal & low fat). Sauteed mushrooms would be great - use your imagination.

Recipe Ingredients for Gourmet Turkey Burgers

16 oz Turkey Burger Patties
1 large Egg, Whole
1/2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 stalk, small (5" long) Celery
1/4 tsp Season-All Seasoned Salt

Recipe Directions for Gourmet Turkey Burgers

  1. Chop onions and celery. Add all remaining ingredients, and form into 4 equal patties.

  2. Cook at 350 degrees in broiler pan on rack (doesn't sizzle if you add water to bottom of pan under rack) for 20-25 minutes, till done in the middle.
