Easy, tasty and spicy way to serve Swai Fish fillets.

Recipe Ingredients for Gourmet Portabello Swai

1 large Onions
3 tsp Garlic
1 tsp Pepper, Red Or Cayenne
12 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 oz Barbecue Sauce Original No.7 Recipe
4 serving (Fishin') Swai Fillets

Recipe Directions for Gourmet Portabello Swai

  1. Marinate the Portabello Mushrooms with Worcestershire Sauce, Jack Daniels No. 7, and half the garlic In a Ziploc freezer bag overnight.

  2. Cut up onion.

  3. In a covered coated pan, simmer the onion, the rest of the garlic and the ingredient contents of the Ziploc bag. Let simmer until the onion is glassy transparent.

  4. Lay down fish fillets in a pan with a fork. Cook about 4-5 minutes on both side with the lid on. Fish is cooked when it is white and fluffy and no longer transparent.

  5. Do not overcook to avoid separating.

  6. Serve with your favorite steamed veggies. I served mine with fresh green beans.
