Recipe Ingredients for Gourmet Crab Cakes

48 g bread, roughly torn
1/2 lb crab meat, canned
2 tbsp light mayo
1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
2 tbs egg
2 tbs unsalted butter
1 pinch salt
1 pinch ground black pepper

Recipe Directions for Gourmet Crab Cakes

  1. mix all ingredients in a bowl

  2. form into 6 or 4 patties

  3. heat butter in skillet until foam subsides

  4. cook on medium-high heat 5 mins each side

  5. serve with wedge of lemon
