Recipe Ingredients for Goulosh

2 portion ( yield from 1/2 lb raw meat ) Beef, Ground, 85% Lean Meat / 15% Fat, Crumbles
1 cup Onions
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
4 cup Tomato Sauce
4 oz Tomato Paste
3 cup elbow shaped Macaroni
4 serving Diced Tomatoes with Basil Garlic and Oregano

Recipe Directions for Goulosh

Scramble hamburg with onions and peppers. Pour in tomato sauce, paste and diced tomatoes. Add some spices of your choice. Mix with 3 cups of cooked macaroni! Serve and eat.
