This is a healthy version of Goulash Soup, a wonderful German dish

Recipe Ingredients for Goulash Soup

14 oz petite diced tomatoes
2 can Potatoes
32 oz beef broth
16 oz fresh lean ground turkey
16 oz fresh ground pork
5 tbs paprika
1 tbs butter
2 white onion, diced

Recipe Directions for Goulash Soup

Cook the onion in butter until translucent. Add paprika and cook for 1 minute. Add ground meets and cook until meat is no longer pink. Add broth and simmer for 20 minutes. Add potatoes and tomatoes and simmer for another 10 minutes. The longer this dish simmers without the potatoes breaking down the better.
