A quick pasta bake mom used to make. Easy to make ahead of time and freeze/refridgerate for later consumption.

Recipe Ingredients for Goulash

16 oz pasta
2 1/2 lbs hamburger, browned
14 oz mozzarella cheese
5 cups pasta sauce

Recipe Directions for Goulash

Brown the meat. Cook pasta until it's tender. Combine in a baking dish with sauce. Stir to distribute evenly. Top with mozzarella and bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes. To brown some of the cheese, spend the last two or three minutes with the broiler on.
