Beef, tomatos & pasta Goulash

Recipe Ingredients for Goulash

1 lbs. ground beef, lean
1/2 lb. ground beef, lean
2 small onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
30 oz. tomato sauce
30 oz. tomatos, stewed
2 tsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 lb. shell pasta

Recipe Directions for Goulash

  1. Brown ground chuck w/onions & garlic. Add tomatos, brown sugar, salt & pepper. Simmer.

  2. Cook pasta according to directions on box. Add to ground chuck & tomato mixture. Heat thoroughly.
