1 lb ground beef 1 small green pepper 1 large onion 1 tablespoon margarine 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 4 cups cooked macaroni 32 oz tomatoes 32 oz tomato sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Goulash

1 lb Beef, Top Sirloin
1 small Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 large Onions
1 tablespoon Margarine, Regular, Hard
1 teaspoon Salt, Table
1 teaspoon Pepper, Black
4 cups Macaroni, Dry, Enriched
32 oz Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
32 oz Tomato Products

Recipe Directions for Goulash

  3. Saute green pepper and onions in margarine or oil.

  5. Add ground beef, salt and black pepper.

  6. 3.

  7. Cook until browned.

  9. Add this to tomatoes, tomato sauce and macaroni.

  11. Simmer on low heat about 15 minutes.

  13. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.

  15. Some water can be added if needed.
