A hearty pasta dish perfect for the cooler months. Can be a main dish or a side item. Yummy!

Recipe Ingredients for Goulash

17 3/5 ounces pasta
46 ounces tomato juice
1 pound hamburger
1 large onion
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Goulash

  1. Cook pasta according to directions

  2. Heat olive oil on medium high. Add chopped onions. Add hamburger and brown until most of the juices are gone. Season to taste.

  3. Combine pasta, hamburger mixture, can of tomato juice, salt and pepper and bring to a simmer.

  4. Serve.
