Recipe Ingredients for Goulash

4 lbs. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 cup celery,chopped
6 cups diced tomatoes
1 1/4 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 1/2 tsp sugar
3 tsp salt
1 lb. macaroni, cooked and drained

Recipe Directions for Goulash

  1. Brown ground beef, onions and celery

  2. Add tomatoes and seasoning

  3. Cook macaroni i water, drain

  4. Add to meat mixture.

  5. Place in steam tables pans and keep hot.

  6. Bland: omit pepper and chili powder

  7. Diabetic: omit sugar

  8. Low Na: omit salt
