My favorite macaroni dish from childhood.

Recipe Ingredients for Goulash

28 ounce can diced tomatoes,
7 ounces mushrooms,
1 green pepper,
1 onion,
2 cloves garlic,
1 lb extra lean ground beef,
2 c elbow macaroni

Recipe Directions for Goulash

  1. brown beef, drain

  2. sautee onion until starts to get soft

  3. add green pepper, garlic and mushroom and sautee until softened

  4. add beef back to pan

  5. add canned tomatoes to pan

  6. Cook macaroni in boil water as per box instructions

  7. Add cooked elbow macaroni to pan with beef and veggies

  8. mix through, season with salt and pepper and serve
