A spaghetti-tasting dish (without the spaghetti) that tastes even better as leftovers!

Recipe Ingredients for Goulash

1 lb extra lean ground beef
28 oz tomatoes, diced
2 cups macaroni
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 dash hot sauce
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese (optional)

Recipe Directions for Goulash

  1. Brown ground beef & onion. Drain fat and return to pan. Add tomatoes, a dash of hot sauce, pepper & salt. Simmer for at least 15 minutes.

  2. Meanwhile, boil water & cook 2 cups of macaroni until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  3. Add green peppers to tomato/beef mixture and simmer 10 minutes more. Add macaroni and mix well.

  4. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top (optional).
