Ground turkey with chopped tomatoes [I used Delmonte with Italian spices] and elbow macaroni. Quick and easy to make!

Recipe Ingredients for Goulash

4 1/2 oz diced tomatoes, drained
1 1/2 cups macaroni, cooked
1/6 cup white wine
2 tbsp peanut oil
1 3/10 lb lean ground turkey
4 tbsp xylitol
1/2 sweet onion, chopped
1 tbsp onion powder
1 Fresh ground black pepper to taste
1 tsp Bay Leaf, crumpled

Recipe Directions for Goulash

  1. Prepare macaroni (use 1 tbsp oil)--don't overcook

  2. Saute onion in the other tbsp oil, add ground turkey, white wine and cook until no longer pink

  3. Drain the hamburger

  4. Add xylitol, black pepper, bay leaf, 1 onion powder

  5. Add tomato and macaroni

  6. [The xylitol is optional--I add it for my mother who is type 2 diabetic, but has a sweet tooth and cannot otherwise stand the acidity of the tomatoes--that's my mama; I personally would add just a tsp to take the edge off the acidity of the tomatoes]

  7. You could also add peppers and saute them together with the onions until soft
