not at all hungarian, just a very southern version

Recipe Ingredients for goulash

1 lb. lean ground beef
1 lb. onions
32 oz. stewed tomatoes
6 oz. tomato sauce
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 tbsp. ground black pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 cups cooked elbow macaroni

Recipe Directions for goulash

  1. cook ground beef and onions together

  2. season with salt, pepper, and garlic while cooking (to taste -measurements may not be accurate)

  3. drain fat

  4. add tomatoes, tomato sauce and cooked macaroni

  5. season with salt, pepper, and garlic to taste

  6. simmer 10 minutes or so and serve
