Recipe Ingredients for Goulash

1 1/2 lb. hamburger, lean
1 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. green bell pepper, chopped
1 salt and pepper
8 oz. dark red kidney beans
6 oz. tomato paste
29 oz. canned tomatoes, diced
8 oz. whole wheat penne pasta, uncooked
8 oz. chicken broth
8 oz. beef broth

Recipe Directions for Goulash

  1. Saute hamburger, onions, green peppers.

  2. Cook pasta according to directions less 2 minutes.

  3. Mix all ingredients and bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
