Macaroni and ground turkey casserole

Recipe Ingredients for Goulash

2 lbs ground turkey
2 cups cooked macaroni
1 large green pepper
1 medium onion
8 oz low fat cheddar cheese
20 oz canned tomato
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp dried oregano

Recipe Directions for Goulash

  1. Brown turkey

  2. cook macaroni

  3. saute pepper and onion with butter spray

  4. add tomato and spices and meat

  5. mix into macaroni

  6. add cheese and heat through until melted
