Home made turkey goulash. Very simple and very good.....(and healthy).

Recipe Ingredients for Goulash

32 oz canned tomatoes
1 bell pepper
1 onion
0.87 lb turkey
8 oz tomato sauce
10 oz pasta, small shells

Recipe Directions for Goulash

Brown turkey and veggies. add tomatoes and sauce. Also add 8 oz of water. Season with smoked paprika, garlic, and pepper. I also like a little savory and rosemary. Simmer for time it takes to cook noodles. Serve with a little fresh parmesan.
