Recipe Ingredients for Goulash

3 lb pork
2 onions
6 garlic cloves
1/4 cup paprika
2 tsp salt
1/3 cup flour
2 cups Broth
1/2 cup sour cream

Recipe Directions for Goulash

  1. Brown meat coated in flour. Place in crock pot.

  2. Brown chopped onions. Add chopped garlic. Add paprika and salt & pepper. When soft add chicken broth to pan and stir until thickened.

  3. Pour sauce over meat and cook on low for 6 hours.
