Recipe Ingredients for Goulash

2 cup, sliced Squash, Summer, Crookneck And Straightneck
1 cup Onions
12 oz All Natural Ground Sweet Italian Sausage
0.5 cup chopped Green Bell Pepper
20 oz Elbows
10.5 serving Diced Tomatoes
7 serving Fresh Mushroom Pasta Sauce
16 oz Beef, Ground, 85% Lean Meat / 15% Fat, Patty

Recipe Directions for Goulash

Fry hamburg and italian sausage together, adding in chopped onins, chopped squash, chopped bell peppers. Drain excess juice/fat from hamburg and sausage. Combine all other ingedients except macaroni in pan and let simmer on low for 2 hours. Cook the macaroni until almost done, not quite all the way ncooked and then drain. Add to sauce mixture and cook on low for 20 minutes, stirring to make sure not to stick to pan. Then its is ready to eat.
