The servings will vary depending on how much you make. Another one of my Aunt Peggy's favorites.

Recipe Ingredients for Goulash

1 portion ( yield from 1/2 lb raw meat ) Beef, Ground, 80% Lean Meat / 20% Fat, Crumbles
3 cup Spaghetti
12 oz Tomato Juice
1 serving Onion (Chopped) 1 oz
0.25 serving Garlic Salt

Recipe Directions for Goulash

  1. Cook beef with chopped onions (can be fresh, which my aunt usually uses) or the dried onions.

  2. Sprinkle with a pinch of garlic salt and stir.

  3. Once the beef is cooked combine it with spaghetti (broken up) and tomato juice/water.

  4. Simmer until noodles are tender and serve.
