Recipe Ingredients for goulash, hungarian, crock pot

3 tbsp grapeseed oil
3 cups onions
1 1/2 pounds beef, round eye of round
2 tsp salt
4 1/2 tsp paprika
1 cup water

Recipe Directions for goulash, hungarian, crock pot

fry up onions(sliced thinly) in the oil until soft and transparent, lift to crock pot. Then brown beef(cut into pieces) in same frying pan with some more oil and brown all sides , then add salt and paprika and stir in just to mix in the meat. Then with a slotted spoon lift the meat into the crockpot on top of the onions. Add water and heat up to get all the juices and pour over meat in crockpot. Cook for 8-10 hours on low in crock pot. Serve on top of rice, mashed potatoes, noodles.
