Hearty Mac and Cheese recipe, yumm!

Recipe Ingredients for Gouda Mac and Cheese

16 oz Gouda Cheese
4 oz Parmesan, Hard Cheese
16 oz Ronzoni Smart Pasta
4 tbsp I Can't Believe It's Not Butter! With Calcium
2 cloves, raw Garlic
1/4 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Unbleached
14 oz Polska Kielbasa
4 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
1/2 tsp Rosemary, Dried
0.13 tsp Paprika

Recipe Directions for Gouda Mac and Cheese

  1. Cook pasta. Make Roux with flour and butter, add milk then add seasonings and shredded cheese. Crisp diced sausage in a pan, drain fat. Pour cheese sauce and sausage into dutch oven with pasta.

  2. Cook for 10-20 minutes or until brown on top.

  3. Optional: Combine garlic, rosemary and other 4 Tbsps butter in a frying pan. Add torn up french bread and crisp on stove top. sprinkle on top of mac and cheese before putting in oven
