Recipe Ingredients for Gorilla Bread

0.5 cup Sugars, Granulated
3 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
8 tbsp ICBINB! Light (Stick)
1 cup, packed Sugars, Brown
8 oz Cream Cheese Light
24 oz Grands! Biscuits Buttermilk

Recipe Directions for Gorilla Bread

  1. Cut cream cheese into 20 cubes. Mix sugar and cinnamon. Melt margarine and brown sugar in saucepan over low heat and set aside. Place a cube of cream cheese in the center of each biscuit and seal dough around it. Place half of biscuits in greased bundt pan, sprinkle with half of sugar and cinnamon mix and pour half of butter mixture over the top. Repeat again with remaining ingredients in the same order. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and cool 5 minutes, then turn upside down onto plate.

  3. Note: you can add chopped pecans or walnuts to recipe. In this case, start layering with nuts on bottom so they end up on top once finished.
