Recipe Ingredients for Gorgonzola & Walnut Baked Chicken

12 oz. chicken breast fillets
6 tbsp gorgonzola crumbled
1/8 cup walnuts, finely chopped
1/3 cup bread crumbs

Recipe Directions for Gorgonzola & Walnut Baked Chicken

  1. Divide the breast fillets to small 2-3 oz pieces.

  2. Spray baking dish with non-stick spray. Add chicken.

  3. Preheat oven to 375.

  4. Mix walnuts and bread crumbs.

  5. Top each piece of chicken with 1 tbsp gorgonzola and cover with crumb mixture.

  6. Bake in oven for 25 minutes.
