Pork chops stuffed with gorgonzola cheese.

Recipe Ingredients for Gorgonzola Pork Chops

1 tablespoon butter
1/2 tablespoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 cup gorgonzola cheese
1/2 teaspoon olive oil
3 tablespoons dry cooking sherry
1/8 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 pork chops
2 cloves garlic

Recipe Directions for Gorgonzola Pork Chops

  1. Melt butter; add thyme and pepper.

  2. Mix with 1/4 cup gorg cheese.

  3. Let cheese liquify.

  4. Butterfly pork chops.

  5. Stuff with mixture.

  6. Bake chops at 375 for 30 minutes.

  7. Heat oil for sauce.

  8. Saute garliv until transparent.

  9. Add rest of cheese and 1/4 cup chicken stock.

  10. Stir until blended.

  11. Reduce heat to medium and cook until sauce caramelizes.

  12. Add rest of chicken stock.

  13. Reincorporate cheese and reduce to 1/4 cup liquid.
