Gorgonzola, pea & zucchini tagliatelle

Recipe Ingredients for Gorgonzola, pea & zucchini tagliatelle

3 serving Woolworths tagliatelle (dry)
400 grams Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 cup Peas, Green
230 grams Simonsberg cream cheese - traditional
4 tbsp Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
75 grams Crumbled Gorgonzola Cheese

Recipe Directions for Gorgonzola, pea & zucchini tagliatelle

Cook pasta. Add vegetables 3-4 minutes before the end of cooking time. Drain, reserving 125ml cooking liquid. Thin cream cheese and gorgonzola using reserved cooking liquid. Toss through pasta. Heat through and serve.
