Recipe Ingredients for Gorgonzola Pasta

1 pound linguine
1/4 cup butter, melted
4 ounces blue cheese or gorgonzola, crumbled
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Gorgonzola Pasta

  1. Cook pasta in boiling salted water. Save 1 cup of water.

  2. Toss pasta with butter, gorgonzola and parmesan cheese. Salt and pepper to taste.
