Recipe Ingredients for Gorgonzola Pasta

1 pound bow tie pasta
4 tbsp butter
2 onions
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 cup fat free half and half
1/2 cup gorgonzola cheese

Recipe Directions for Gorgonzola Pasta

  1. Boil pasta

  2. In skillet saute onions in butter. Add in brown sugar and balsamic. Allow to caramelize. Add half and half.

  3. Strain cooked pasta and toss in sauce.

  4. Add gorgonzola and toss.
