Fresh gnocchi w/ gorgonzola cream sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Gorgonzola Gnocchi

1 cup tortellini
1 oz gorgonzola cheese
1 tsp white flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 garlic clove
3/4 cup 1% milk

Recipe Directions for Gorgonzola Gnocchi

  1. cook gnocchi in boiling water, 10 minutes

  2. heat in a seperate pan the gorgonzola, garlic and milk

  3. stir till the cheese is melted

  4. add the flour, salt and pepper

  5. heat and stir

  6. pour over drained pasta
