3/4 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup (1ounces) crumbled blue cheese
3 tablespoons chopped hazelnuts, toasted

  1. Combine milk and flour in a saucepan, stirring with a whisk. Bring to a boil; cook for 1 minute or until thick, stirring constantly.
