4.75 oz Carrots
5 oz Onions
3 tbsp Molasses
4 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for Goose Beans

  1. add the beans to the water

  2. simmer in the crock pot for about 4 hours

  3. add diced carrots and onions

  4. simmer another hour
