Recipe Ingredients for Goolash

1/2 lb elbow macaroni, uncooked
1 lb lean ground beef
1 can tomato soup
1/4 cup ketchup
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 yellow onion, chopped
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp white vinegar
1/4 tsp hot sauce
1 Salt to taste
1 Pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Goolash

  1. Cook and drain pasta as directed.

  2. Meanwhile, saute ground beef with green pepper and onion.

  3. Once meat is completely browned, add tomato soup, ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, and hot sauce to the meat.

  4. Mix well.

  5. Add macaroni to the meat and stir well.

  6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
