Recipe Ingredients for Goolash

1 pound extra lean ground beef
4 oz pasta
16 oz red beans
15 oz tomato sauce
14 1/2 oz diced tomatoes
1 green bell pepper
1 red onion

Recipe Directions for Goolash

  1. Start by boiling a pot of water for the pasta.

  2. dice onion and green bell pepper

  3. add beans, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, onion and bell pepper to large pot, turn on medium heat.

  4. by now your water should be boiling. Add pasta. only cook half way (pasta will finish cooking in the mixture pot), then add to the tomato sauce pot.

  5. brown ground beef in a skillet. Add chili pepper to taste (optional). Add to the tomato sauce pot.

  6. Allow ingredents to cook down for another 10-15 minutes.
